ZJ-SMT supplies Panasonic SMT and PCB assembly equipment and spare parts to manufacturers worldwide. Our range covers pick-and-place machines, axial and radial insertion equipment, solder paste inspection systems, and feeder spare parts, with both new and used options available. We support bulk orders, and machine condition and availability are confirmed with you before ordering. Whether you are expanding a line, replacing a worn feeder part, or sourcing equipment for a new project, send us your model numbers and our team will come back with a suitable solution and quotation.
Replacement is based on condition rather than the calendar. Nozzles are checked during scheduled maintenance, and a replacement is due when pickup becomes inconsistent - dropped chips, rotated parts or pickup errors that repeat on the same head. Because the tip is the first part to wear, many teams keep a spare on the shelf instead of waiting for a failure to stop the line.
A nozzle change is routine maintenance and does not need a service visit. Park and lock the head, release the old nozzle from its seat, fit the new one and run a placement check on a scrap board before restarting production. If other parts around the head are also due for replacement, tell us at the same time so everything arrives matched to that machine.
Yes. We supply nozzles and spare parts for a range of SMT equipment, not only the CM and NPM platforms - the 240C reference simply belongs to those two heads. Send the machine model and the number on the nozzle you are removing; pick and place machine manufacturers and single-line plants use the same route, and we will confirm the right part for your head.
Keep spares in the packaging they arrive in, with the tip protected and the part number visible. Store them away from solder paste, flux, dust and moisture, and avoid leaving a loose nozzle in a tool drawer where the tip can be knocked. A labelled spare in the maintenance cabinet is the quickest one to fit when a nozzle comes off the head.
Alongside this nozzle we supply feeders, valves, motors, drivers and boards, plus cleaning products, cables and connectors for Panasonic SMT lines. Most orders from SMT pick and place machine manufacturers and assembly plants combine a nozzle with other parts from the same maintenance round, so one delivery covers the whole list.
They belong to the same 240 series but they are separate nozzle references and are not interchangeable. Identify the one you need from the number on the part or from your maintenance record rather than from the tip profile, and send us the number if two nozzles look identical - we will confirm which reference belongs on your head.
